Founded in 2012 as an independent and family-run estate agency, we have an experienced and professional team and are members of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and fellows of the Association of Residential Letting Agents. Our mission is to provide a friendly, professional and personal service to our clients.

Based in Woodseats, we pride ourselves on our expert local knowledge and pro-active approach in selling, letting and managing properties across Sheffield. Our staff hold previous experience in disciplines of law and property and our director Steven Kontou is a member of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, this we believe gives us an edge over our competition.
